Return Eligibility: For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Returns won’t be accepted if not in the stipulated condition.

Damages & Issues: Upon receipt of your order, promptly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us without delay. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange, return the item you have after your exchange request is approved, then proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period is provided where you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Bear in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
